Happy Holidays Hey everyone, as another year draws to a close, we're stoked on everything that's happened in the past 365 days. We've had the best year so far, and look forward to yet another to come. Our winter shows start with New Years Eve in Silverton, CO followed by SECOND NEW YEAR at the Summit in Durango on the first. We take a little trip around the state for our ski tour. For today, enjoy your holidays and get ready for Aftergrass 2010.written by: eric posted on: December 25, 2009 |

Winter Tour Dates We're putting together our Winter tour right now, trying to focus on ski towns. We've got a new trailer (that needs some kinda ski storage shelf inside so we don't have to pull all the skis out to get to our gear! brainstorm!) Our summer was great, Blues and Brews, Silverton Jamboree, Wine Festival, 4c Harvest Festival, and countless fun bar shows made for a fun summer. One of our few shows in October is going to be really fun, an outdoor show at Fort Lewis College Ampitheater, a great venue, that's Thursday, the 8th.

Our first flyer
We had a great time at the Wines of the San Juan Harvest Festival. Get a beautiful desert setting, great people, close to 2000 guests and a few thousand gallons of wine together, and good times always follow. In other news, I've been cleaning house on some of our files, old flyers, songs, contracts, you name it. I found this, our first flyer. May of 2003 at Steamworks. Was Jesse even old enough to be in Steamworks then?written by: eric posted on: September 28, 2009 |

Nice writeup... The Blues and Brews booklet had a great writeup.. Think we'll start having to use this one... There's a cool little college town just south of here that is fertile ground for live music. Durango's Aftergrass emerged at the top of the heap and has been making forays throughout the rockies these days, delivering their eclective, stylistically diverse rave-ups to unsuspecting mountain towns. They leave legions of new, devoted fans in their wake. Described as "psychedelic rock with a pinch of hip hop bluegrass and a hint of funk to boot," Aftergrass' bottom line is your good time. This summer they've been working on new material and have a terrific CD you really must havewritten by: eric posted on: September 21, 2009 |

Blues and Brews Very exciting time in the life of Aftergrass. We're heading to Telluride to be a part of the Blues and Brews festival, performing one of the Friday Night Juke Joints. It's a great honor to be part of such a historic festival. I'm just sorta speechless about the whole thing, so I'll leave it at that. Hope to see you there. written by: eric posted on: September 17, 2009 |
